Job Description:
Managing /supporting successful completion of workloads and reaching delivery goals in accordance with business objectives
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing/supporting assurance for Data Protection/GDPR and Information Management/ Records Management including risk management and Information Assets
- Acting as point of contact for governance and reporting. Ensuring information is successfully shared between colleagues, projects, and stakeholders
- Ensuring continuous improvement of processes and Management Information – inputting innovative ideas to help drive forward the team performance
- Supporting improvement of finance data standards including ownership, management, reliability, consistency, and quality
- Contribution to monthly performance reporting and analysis.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure issues are dealt with and escalate when required
Job Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of operating flexibly and working at pace, planning, and prioritizing to meet tight deadlines
- A data management background with experience in GDPR.
- Excellent writing skills, including high attention to detail
- An ability to communicate using appropriate styles, to maximize understanding and impact
