Job Responsibilities:
Following the launch of the exciting next phase of Supporting Families, in line with developing our Family Hub model we are looking to recruit a MASH Support Worker – working within our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub alongside partners from health, education, housing, Harbour, Youth Justice and Social Care. You will be part of multi-agency decision making around risk and work with families to mitigate and signpost them to appropriate support services.
Job Requirements:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is keen, enthusiastic and dynamic to support partner agencies and internal teams, to help deliver early help to challenging, often hard to reach families.
